GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for end to end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, with strong ownership of payroll inputs, onboarding & exits, statutory compliance coordination, compensation changes, and day to day employee data governance. The role works closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Shared Services, Finance, and external statutory consultants.

- Complexity: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
- Supervision: Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll & Compensation Operations (Monthly – Critical Deliverable)
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll input packs (new joiners, exits, salary revisions, promotions, allowances, deductions, bonuses) by defined payroll cut off dates
- Coordinate approvals and resolve payroll queries with HRSS/Payroll teams
- Prepare FnF settlement inputs and ensure timely processing for exits
- Onboarding & New Hire Coordination (Weekly)
- Share weekly new joiner details with stakeholders (Admin, IT, Front Desk, TA)
- Coordinate New Hire Orientation (NHO) logistics and attendance
- Act as HR SPOC for Day 1 readiness (ID, system acess coordination)
- Employee Lifecycle Management (Ongoing)
- Manage probation confirmations and extensions (tracker, manager follow ups, letters)
- Coordinate exit formalities, exit clearances, and manager approvals
- Maintain complete documentation for audits
- Attendance, Allowances & Data Reconciliation (Monthly)
- Reconcile attendance, WFH, leave, shift/on call allowances
- Follow up with managers/employees for corrections in Oracle HCM
- Ensure accurate reflection in payroll inputs
- Statutory & Compliance Coordination (Quarterly / As Required)
- Coordinate statutory data submissions (e.g., employment exchange/X 6 data)
- Liaise with external statutory consultants and internal stakeholders
- Arrange signed documents and submission trackers
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting (Ongoing)
- Act as SPOC for HRBPs, TA, Payroll, HRSS, Admin, Finance on operational matters
- Validate headcount and HR data used for leadership reporting
- Escalate risks proactively
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid program management and multi-tasking skills.
- Fluency in English, written and oral. Abilities in a second language a plus
- Solid proficiency in MS Office suite
- Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders.
- The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Any Bachelor's degree , Preferred MBA – specialized in Human resource
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations, with experience in HR transformation initiatives.
