About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role is critical in driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, conflict resolution, attrition management, performance management, and daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Induction:

Manage seamless onboarding processes for new hires.

Conduct orientation sessions and ensure cultural integration.

  • Employee Engagement:

Design and implement engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.

Organize events, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction.

  • Conflict Resolution:

Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers to resolve workplace issues.

Ensure fair and timely handling of grievances and disciplinary matters.

  • Attrition Management:

Analyze attrition trends and develop retention strategies.

Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Performance Management:

Drive performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely feedback.

Support managers in goal-setting and employee development plans.

  • HR Operations:

Oversee daily HR activities, compliance, and policy implementation.

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience: 8+ years in HRBP or similar roles, preferably in mid-sized IT/Tech companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
