Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional who can ensure efficient HR operations within the organization. This role involves maintaining HR systems and collaborating with different departments to support overall organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding.
Maintain HR systems and databases.
Support in implementing employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.
Respond to employee inquiries and support HR related issues.
Create, analyse, and maintain HR reports.
Assist in day-to-day HR activities.
Assist in background checks, employee benefits, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee offboarding.
Monitor Leave Management System.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience in HR Operations.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, preferably Zoho People.
Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
