Job Description

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave, and shift rosters.
  • Handle HR documentation, policies, and SOP implementation.

Payroll & Compensation:

  • Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/third-party vendors.
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement, overtime calculation, incentives, and deductions.
  • Handle PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and wage revisions.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws:

  • Ensure compliance with Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus Act, etc.
  • Handle inspections, audits, and liaison with labour authorities.
  • Manage contractor labour compliance and documentation.
