HR Operations & Administration:
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave, and shift rosters.
- Handle HR documentation, policies, and SOP implementation.
Payroll & Compensation:
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/third-party vendors.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement, overtime calculation, incentives, and deductions.
- Handle PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and wage revisions.
Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws:
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus Act, etc.
- Handle inspections, audits, and liaison with labour authorities.
- Manage contractor labour compliance and documentation.
