About the Role

We are looking a well-rounded, experienced HR professional who can think strategically and execute quickly, seamlessly, empathetically. This role would drive employee lifecycle management from engagement to performance, policies, and compliance and set up Voy India's HR tools, processes and mechanisms from scratch. This role is high-growth and rewarding for someone looking to join an early-stage founding team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, exits, and HR documentation.

● Manage performance management, appraisals, and goal-setting processes.

● Handle payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR MIS.

● Partner with business leaders on people-related matters and workforce planning.

● Identify training and development needs and drive L&D initiatives.

● Ensure a positive employee experience across the complete employee lifecycle.

You'll be great if you have

● 5-9 years of experience across HR Generalist / HRBP / HR Operations roles.

● Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee relations, and HR compliance.

● Excellent communication and can partner effectively with leadership.

● A hunger to grow, learn and continuously improve
