Job Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking aSenior HRIS / Workday Reporting Analystto serve as a key member of our HR Technology team. This role combines deep technicalexpertisein Workday reporting with strong leadership in data governance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

This individual will own the full lifecycle of HRIS and reporting initiatives-from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. As a subject matter expert in Workday reporting, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Hubs, this role will drive innovation, enhance the user experience, and ensure delivery ofaccurate, actionablepeopledata across the organization.

The role will act as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, Finance, and Analytics teams, leading reportingstrategyestablishinggovernance standards, and expanding Workday's reporting capabilities to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HRIS and reporting initiatives, including discovery, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday reporting, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Hubs.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on reporting capabilities, data structures, and best practices.

  • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-impact reporting solutions.

Reporting Development & Analytics

  • Lead discoverydiscussions with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements, trends, and business needs.

  • Design, develop, andmaintainWorkday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT, etc.) using Report Writer and Report Designer.

  • Build interactive dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Hubs that deliver actionable insights to leaders, managers, and employees.

  • Analyze Workday data sources, relationships, and system capabilities tooptimizereporting solutions.

  • Lead governance ofpeopledata and reporting, including establishing standards, naming conventions, and documentation.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across all HRIS systems andreportingoutputs.

  • Develop andmaintaindata integrity protocols, conduct audits, and resolve data issues proactively.

  • Maintain a centralized reporting catalog and documentation to support transparency and reuse.

  • Initiate and lead HRIS projects of medium to large scope, developing project plans and managing execution.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve HR processes, reporting efficiency, and system functionality.

  • Stay current with Workday releases, features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance capabilities.

  • Support system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and testing cycles, including coordination of user acceptance testing.

User Support & Enablement

  • Provide hands-onfunctional, technical, and reporting support to HR and business users.

  • Deliver training and enablement for Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and enhancements.

  • Serve asescalationpointforreporting-related issues.

  • Partner with stakeholders to driveadoptionof new tools, features, and reporting solutions.
