Job Title Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday)

Location Pune, India (preferred) or Hyderabad, India; on-site required with some flexibility for hybrid and occasional weekend go-lives

Role Type Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (not just end-user tasks)
  • Workday report building experience
  • Experience in project administration: gathering requirements, creating test plans, and managing/executing testing
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the HR technology space
  • On-site availability in Pune or Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional weekend go-lives

Responsibilities and Job Details:

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules to support HR business processes
  • Build and maintain complex Workday reports to meet business reporting needs
  • Gather and document functional requirements from HR stakeholders
  • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure system changes meet requirements
  • Manage end-to-end testing processes, including user acceptance testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, acting as an escalation point for HR tech queries
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business teams to support HR technology initiatives
  • Prioritize work in a fast-moving environment with frequent reprioritization
  • Support weekend go-lives and other off-hours deployments as needed
  • Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and updates
  • Participate in HR system upgrades and ensure a smooth implementation process
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and share best practices within the team
