We're looking for a Senior HR Strategy & OD Coach who can elevate HR teams into strategic business partners. You'll work closely with COEs, HRBPs, and senior HR leaders to develop capability in organizational design, workforce analytics, and transformation leadership.
If you've ever felt HR teams are stuck in execution mode when they should be driving strategy, this role gives you the mandate to change that.
What You'll Do1. Coach HR Teams on Organizational Development
- Guide HR leaders on organizational design and structure optimization
- Coach teams on change management frameworks and transformation initiatives
- Help break silos and build cross-functional collaboration models
- Enable HR to drive culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
2. Build Data-Driven HR Capability
- Train HR teams on workforce analytics and data interpretation
- Coach on using attrition, productivity, and efficiency metrics for decision-making
- Enable transition from basic reporting to insight-driven HR strategy
- Support creation of dashboards, frameworks, and analytical thinking
3. Enable Strategic Workforce Planning
- Mentor HR leaders on lean workforce planning and manpower optimization
- Guide teams in staffing strategy, quota planning, and cost efficiency
- Help align workforce decisions with long-term business goals
4. Facilitate Learning & Transformation Programs
- Lead workshops, case-based learning sessions, and problem-solving discussions
- Design and deliver hands-on capability-building programs
- Support real-world application through live projects and action planning
Who You Are- Strong expertise in Organizational Development (OD) and HR strategy
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or capability building
- Comfortable simplifying complex concepts into practical frameworks
- Deep understanding of HR analytics, workforce planning, and transformation
- Able to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
