We are seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to help drive our organizational goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company's employer brand.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate fit and recruitment metrics.
