Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior HR Recruiter located in Mangaluru. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining talent pipelines. Additional responsibilities include evaluating candidate experience, coordinating interviews, preparing job offers, and maintaining compliance with company hiring policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment requisitions
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR are a plus
- Previous experience in the consulting or service industry is advantageous
