Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future job openings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
