Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
  • Design and implement HR strategies that strengthen talent retention, organizational culture, and long-term workforce planning.
  • Oversee appraisal processes, including goal-setting frameworks, competency mapping, and performance evaluation cycles.
  • Develop competitive compensation structures, benchmarking, and benefits administration aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance motivation, belongingness, and productivity across teams and project sites.
  • Partner with leadership to assess staffing needs, plan workforce expansion, and ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent.
  • Design HR policies and SOPs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and team members on HR matters, conflict resolution, and employee well-being.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives such as culture building, role clarity, career pathways, and succession planning.
  • Maintain HR analytics and dashboards to provide insights on attrition, talent health, performance trends, and HR ROI.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes that reflect SankalpTarus values and mission.
  • Manage end-to-end disciplinary processes with fairness, transparency, and objectivity.
  • Support SankalpTarus global expansion strategy by developing HR frameworks, policies, and hiring processes aligned with multi-country operations.
  • Lead international hiring initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and establish HR best practices suitable for diverse geographies and legal environments.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources from a premier business school (preferred).
  • 10 years of professional HR experience, ideally with exposure to MNCs and high-growth organizations.
  • Strong expertise across core HR functionsappraisals, compensation & benefits, recruitment, learning and development, retention strategy, and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR frameworks, policies, and people strategies at scale.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience managing multiple HR projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • High emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and a people-first approach.
  • Passion for building strong teams and contributing to mission-driven organizational growth.
