As a Senior HR Manager (Generalist), you will own KSHM's people strategy end-to-end. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build scalable HR processes, partner closely with founders and business leaders, and shape a high-performance, people-first culture.
What you'll do:
• Own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle (hire to exit)
• Lead talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning in partnership with business heads
• Build and scale HR policies, frameworks, and compliance for a growing organization
• Drive performance management, goal-setting, and feedback cycles
• Lead employee engagement, culture initiatives, and internal communications
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders and leadership on people, structure, and org design
• Manage compensation planning, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
• Lead grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee relations
• Mentor and manage the HR team while remaining hands-on in execution
• Use HR data and insights to drive decisions and improve people outcomes
What we're looking for:
• 4–6 years of experience in an HR leadership role
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute (preferred), with strong grounding in people strategy and
business fundamentals
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling organization preferred
• Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to balance empathy with business acumen and decision-making
• High ownership mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
