Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic HR:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
  • Recruitment:Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, from setting objectives to improving the process and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Employee relations:Manage employee grievances, resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance and development:Implement performance management systems, conduct annual reviews, and develop employee training and career development programs.
  • Compensation and benefits:Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits plans.
  • Compliance and policy:Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations, and develop and update HR policies.
  • Team leadership:Lead and mentor the HR team, set team objectives, and monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) like turnover and cost-per-hire.
  • HR technology:Utilize and maintain HR technology, including HRIS and ATS, to manage HR processes efficiently.
