Senior HR Manager (IT Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the complete Human Resources and Administration function for our IT organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT Product / IT Services-based companies, with expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative operations.

Required Skills & Experience

•      7+ years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably in the IT Product / IT Services industry.

•      Proven experience in handling HR operations for an employee strength of 80+ employees.

•      Strong knowledge of the complete employee lifecycle:

·      Employee Onboarding & Induction

·      Performance Management

·      Payroll Management & Coordination

·      HR Policy Development & Implementation

·      Employee Engagement & Retention

·      Learning & Development (L&D)

·      Employee Offboarding & Exit Management

·      HR Documentation and Compliance Audits

•      Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and processes.

•      Ability to manage employee records, HR documentation, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.

•      Experience in managing appraisal cycles, performance reviews, feedback processes, and employee development initiatives.

•      Strong understanding of payroll processes, attendance management, leave policies, and employee benefits administration.

•      Experience in handling employee grievances, improving workplace culture, and implementing retention strategies.

•      Ability to coordinate training programs based on business and employee development needs.

•      Strong experience in maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.

•      Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with leadership teams.
