• Payroll & Attendance Management
• Performance Management System (PMS) Coordination
• Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• HR Documentation & Compliance

Required Skills:

• Strong HR Generalist Experience
• Hands-on experience in Payroll, PMS & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Good knowledge of HRMS / ATS Tools
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
