Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and a positive employee experience. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and policy development. The ideal candidate is a people-centric leader who fosters a high-performance culture while driving HR best practices and having expertise in HR technology, including HRMS, payroll, and performance management tools, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and manage manpower planning.
  • Implement best practices for hiring, onboarding, and employer branding.

Policy Development & Implementation:

  • Design, update, and implement HR policies in line with industry best practices and labor laws.
  • Ensure policies are effectively communicated and adhered to across the hospital.
  • Regularly review and update policies to align with evolving workforce and compliance needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

  • Design and execute engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through recognition programs and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Performance Management & Learning:

  • Drive the performance appraisal process and ensure timely feedback cycles.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Support leadership in developing career growth plans for employees.

HR Technology Implementation & Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Implement and manage HR technology solutions for recruitment, payroll, performance management, and workforce analytics.
  • Generate HR analytics and dashboards for key metrics like attrition, performance, and hiring trends.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve decision-making in workforce planning and policy implementation.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management via HR tools.
  • Maintain employee records, HR policies, and ensure adherence to labor laws and hospital regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry HR regulations and statutory reporting.

Employee Benefits & Welfare:

  • Manage and oversee employee benefits programs, including wellness programs, and other hospital perks.
  • Regularly assess and enhance benefits to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Responsibility to adhere to set internal control.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS and other HR technology tools for payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Expertise in end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, HR operations, and policy implementation.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to drive HR initiatives independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-centric approach to leadership.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility in handling HR functions.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and present insights for informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, payroll management, and healthcare industry HR regulations.
  • Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and organizational development.

Education and Qualification:

  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in HR are a plus.

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full Time

Workdays & Timings: Mon – Sat, Regular Business Hours

Travel Required: 10%
