• Source, screen, and assess IT candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Post jobs, manage databases, and conduct market research
• Collaborate with hiring managers for role-specific recruitment

Skills:

• 5–8 years IT recruitment experience
• MBA/PGDM preferred; Bachelor's in HR or B.Tech–IT
• Strong IT domain knowledge, communication & organizational skills
