Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in human resources management and will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees in the textile industry.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
- Support employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations and career development.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in developing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
