Job Overview:-
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional who comes strictly from a media, branding, or advertising agency background. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing talent within fast-paced, creative environments and understanding the unique demands of agency culture.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, marketing, and media roles
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Handle employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with agency work culture
- Manage onboarding, training, and development programs
- Address employee relations, grievances, and compliance matters
- Drive HR initiatives that support a high-performance and creative work environment
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Mandatory experience in media, branding, or advertising agencies.
- Strong understanding of agency hiring (creative, digital, production roles)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
