About The Role

We are looking for a strategic HR Manager to lead our HR function and drive people-focused initiatives that support business growth. The HR Manager will partner with leadership to shape workforce strategy, build high-performing teams, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and development.

This role combines strategic oversight and operational execution, ensuring HR processes, policies, and employee experiences align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead workforce planning and talent strategy in line with business objectives
  • Define hiring frameworks, interview structures, and evaluation criteria
  • Oversee performance management systems, promotions, and increment processes
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and governance frameworks
  • Drive employee retention, engagement, and culture-building initiatives
  • Align HR initiatives with operations, delivery, and business teams
  • Monitor HR budgets, expenses, and approvals within authorized limits

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Maintain compliance with statutory and internal HR policies
  • Oversee HR documentation, trackers, and reporting for leadership
  • Coordinate training logistics, employee communication, and HR events

Key Metrics (KPIs)

  • Time-to-hire for approved roles
  • Quality of hires (based on feedback and retention)
  • Employee retention and engagement metrics
  • Timely completion of performance management cycles
  • HR process compliance and documentation accuracy

Candidate Profile / Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR reporting and analytics
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build high-performing teams
