Role & responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Volume Hiring: Manage high-volume recruitment for roles such as Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and other non-IT positions.
• lateral Hiring: Needs proven experience hiring lateral profiles for BPO.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to attract and screen candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
• Recruitment Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records and track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 2-4 years in non-IT recruitment and volume hiring.

Skills:

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
