Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and consultative HR Business Partner with 610+ years of experience in HR leadership, people strategy, or HR consulting roles. In this position, you will partner closely with leadership and client teams to drive talent alignment, organizational design, and scalable people solutions. The ideal candidate is confident navigating ambiguity, advising stakeholders, and building systems that support both culture and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and clients on talent strategy, team design, and people priorities
  • Partner with hiring managers on role definition, org planning, and competency alignment
  • Lead or co-develop people-focused initiatives across performance, feedback, and engagement
  • Use people data and insights to influence business decisions and strengthen HR strategy
  • Design scalable processes and frameworks that enhance team effectiveness and employee experience
  • Coach leaders on managing team dynamics, communication, and career development
  • Contribute to the evolution of Versatile's HR playbooks, toolkits, and internal practices
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency in values, policies, and team growth approaches

Required Qualifications

  • 610+ years of HR experience with a focus on strategic HR business partnering, talent consulting, or organizational effectiveness
  • Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and business lines with a consultative mindset
  • Experience in startup or high-growth, product-driven environments is preferred
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices, talent development, and change management
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills
  • Structured thinker with a bias for clarity, outcomes, and long-term value
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and HR analytics or systems
