Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Housekeeping Associate, located in Mulshi, India. The Senior Housekeeping Associate will oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, including cleaning guest rooms, maintaining public areas, organizing laundry tasks, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, managing room supplies, and training housekeeping staff to meet the company's standards of excellence. This role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Laundry management and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Excellent Organization Skills for managing schedules, inventory, and staff
- Proven ability to lead and provide Training to team members
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and hospitality
- Experience in a similar role in the hotel or resort industry is an advantage
