Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Holiday Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The role involves managing holiday and travel bookings, providing expert advice to clients, creating customized travel itineraries, and working closely with airlines and hotels to secure the best deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, resolving travel-related queries promptly, and staying up-to-date with travel trends and regulations. The Senior Holiday Consultant will also contribute to meeting sales targets and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in travel and holiday planning, including creating customized itineraries and managing booking processes.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills to provide personalized travel advice and support.
• Proficiency in using travel software and tools for reservations and research.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, along with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Broad knowledge of travel destinations, regulations, and industry trends.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• 3+ years of experience in travel consultancy or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
