Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Hiring Manager with 610+ years of experience in team leadership and talent acquisition ownership. This role is central to building high-performing teams across internal and client contexts by aligning business goals with smart, values-based hiring decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a sharp eye for talent and a collaborative, structured approach to recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of hiring across multiple roles and functions in collaboration with internal and client teams
- Define role requirements, success criteria, and team needs in alignment with business goals
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to develop effective sourcing and evaluation strategies
- Lead structured interviews, contribute to assessment frameworks, and make informed hiring decisions
- Maintain accountability for quality-of-hire and long-term team performance outcomes
- Collaborate on onboarding plans, team integration, and role success tracking
- Mentor team leads and hiring panel members on best practices in interviewing and selection
- Contribute to talent planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational design conversations
Required Qualifications
- 610+ years of experience in people management, hiring, or cross-functional team leadership
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and build high-performing, values-aligned teams
- Comfortable managing multiple open roles and guiding hiring decisions at various seniority levels
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven, or startup environments is preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills
- Structured, data-informed approach to hiring with a focus on long-term fit and potential
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and collaborative hiring tools
