What You'll Do
Source and engage US healthcare professionals (Nurses & Allied) via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and credential checks
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing submission offer onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to meet staffing needs
Maintain ATS records, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics
Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing standards
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / Staffing
Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, licenses, and workflows
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle high-volume hiring during night shifts
Experience with ATS and LinkedIn sourcing
