You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals for various client requirements in the US healthcare staffing sector. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source & Attract Talent: Source and attract qualified healthcare candidates via multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen & Interview: Screen, interview, and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate identification to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Database & Metrics: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Build Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to create a talent pipeline.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and client standards.
- Recruitment Events: Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and other hiring events as required.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts flexibly and manage high-volume recruitment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
