Title: US Healthcare Recruiter
Exp: 6 months to 4 years
Location: Gurgaon
Shift: EST/CST
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Healthcare clients.
- Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Recruit for roles such as: Claims Processor / Claims Analyst, Claims Adjudicator, Medical Biller / Coder, Physician,
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on clients requirement.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/internal systems.
ATS Expertise: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar) to manage the candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 4 years of proven experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Geographical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the US staffing market, including time zones, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types (H1B, L1, OPT, CPT, etc.).
