Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on US-to-US recruitment for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and other healthcare roles, with a strong emphasis on volume hiring. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment, familiarity with Workday ATS or similar platforms, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements for RCM and healthcare positions.
  • Lead and execute volume hiring campaigns to meet aggressive staffing targets across multiple healthcare functions.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and organizational standards throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in Workday ATS or similar systems, and generate recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare or RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) domain in US to US
  • Experience recruiting for US-based healthcare roles including RN, LPN, Revenue Integrity, coding, patient access, and other RCM based roles.
  • Proven success in volume hiring and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
