As a Senior Healthcare - Business Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Provide analytical and consulting services in designing, delivering, and executing projects related to Business Intelligence in pharma.
- Define problem statements, problem definition/hypothesis, and conduct root cause analysis for business challenges provided by clients.
- Read data, and identify potential business challenges and opportunities.
- Integrate findings from competitive intelligence, market research to understand market trends and dynamics.
- Work with multiple datasets, including Marketing, Sales, Patent, Pipeline, Promotional, and Patient Data.
- Operate and define KPIs from a user perspective using various BI technologies.
- Generate insights from data, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with business analysts and developers and other stakeholders.
- Develop custom analysis tools/dashboards in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Conduct quality checks of various reports, ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Prepare management presentations, and independently make recommendations based on data, market, and business insights.
Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc.

- Should have hands-on experience in Commercial Lifesciences - Consulting
- Must have hands-on experience in developing SDLC documentation as per industry best practices
- Should have experience of implementing agile SLDC Methodology.
- Deep understanding of therapy area and stakeholders such as patients, HCPs, payers, sales and marketing teams, medical affairs team, and more
Good to have skills: -
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning experience is a Plus
- Familiarity with the data sets such as Clinical, Pharmacy, Claims, billing data (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and more) is preferred
- Knowledge of Interop and FHIR will be preferred
