Job Description

General Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities

Sorts all linen and treat stains accordingly
Load all linen into washer and and wash as per the pre-designated formula set for each category of linen
Take wet, clean items and dry as directed
Sort and fold or hang clean dried items
Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to Laundry Manager
Ensuring the washing of linen and uniform as per standard
Training and coordination with supporting Departments
Record and monitor laundry cost
Make reports and recommendations as and when required
Coordinate laundry equipment preventive maintenance program
Approve distribution of linen to guestrooms
Assist in planning for uniform replacement
To ensure the uniform room inspects all uniforms daily for replacement and damage
Responsible for achieving a score of 90% in RENARD audit for Laundry operations and take necessary action for the shortcomings for standard compliance
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
