Job Title: Senior GST Executive

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior GST Executive to manage end-to-end GST compliances, returns, audits, and departmental coordination. The role requires strong technical knowledge of GST, accounting fundamentals, and practical exposure to handling notices and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Filing of applications for GST and ISD registrations and amendments in existing registrations
- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B with ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B, including usage of IMS facility
- Preparation and filing of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
- Handling GST returns and related compliances
- Research and analysis for Show Cause Notices (SCN) and departmental orders
- Reviewing client documents, data and workings for drafting replies to notices and preparation of appeals
- Coordinating and visiting the GST department for submissions before officers, including support during GST audits
- Assisting in preparation of case law summaries and technical articles
- Supporting accounting activities and reconciliation as required
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of GST laws, procedures and compliances
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with Tally and GST compliance tools
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to independently handle notices, audits and departmental interactions
- Strong documentation, drafting and analytical skills
Qualification
- Graduate or Post Graduate with extensive practical experience in GST compliance and advisory
