At BlogVault, we protect 400,000+ WordPress websites for agencies and businesses worldwide. We're a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS company that competes with much larger players by being sharper in execution and clearer in thinking.
This role is for someone who likes owning outcomes, not just running ads. You will own paid acquisition end-to-end: campaigns, landing pages, experiments, and performance. There is no strict split between media buyer, copywriter, and CRO person here. You don't need to be world-class at every one of these, but you must understand each well enough to make things work and improve them with data.
If you enjoy turning messy performance numbers into clear decisions, building simple pages that convert, and steadily making funnels better, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Own and run paid campaigns on Google and Meta.
- Build and iterate on landing pages that match your ads and convert traffic.
- Decide what to test next: audience, copy, offer, or page structure.
- Shape messaging and creative direction using performance data.
- Track and improve CTR, CPC, CVR, lead quality, and downstream signals.
- Turn insights into concrete experiments and iterations.
- Build repeatable learning loops: test learn simplify repeat.
- Say no to ideas that look good but won't move numbers.
What You Bring
- 45 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong fundamentals in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- You think in funnels, not channels.
- You are comfortable building simple-but-good, functional landing pages yourself.
- You care about persuasion, trust, and clarity in messaging.
- You take ownership of results, not just execution.
- Curiosity to deeply understand SaaS products and technical buyers.
Nice to Have
- SaaS experience.
- Strong messaging instinct and buyer psychology awareness.
- Creative direction sense (guiding visuals and concepts with designers and AI generators).
- Familiarity with WordPress or the agency ecosystem.
- Exposure to CRO frameworks.
