Role: Senior Growth Manager

Merlin is building AI with long-term personal memory software that listens, learns, and helps you think better. Backed by Better Capital and leaders from HubSpot, OYO, and Uber, we've grown Merlin from zero to 2M+ users and raised $8M+. We're now hiring a top-tier Growth Manager to bend the growth curve.
About the Role
Your mandate: help Merlin and Thine growfast, efficiently, and with integrity.
You'll scale what's already working (influencers, Meta ads, UGC, SEO) and uncover new growth engines. You live at the intersection of trend-spotting, creative storytelling, analytical rigour, and grit.
What You'll Own
- Creator engine - Identify A-list talent, craft briefs that convert, automate outreach, and scale the program from thousands to millions of views a day.
- Paid acquisition Plan budgets, launch experiments, and optimise all paid campaigns.
- Lifecycle & retention Write the emails, build user journeys, and tune the in-product nudges that turn signups into power users.
- Product-led growth Spot viral loops hiding in the product, get engineers to ship them, and measure the compounding lift.
- Analytics & forecasting Build dashboards, cohorts, and forward-looking models that drive every decision; the moment a number wobbles, you pinpoint the why and trigger the fix.
What You Bring
Must-haves:
- Tier-1 startup or agency experience or Tier-1 undergrad / Tier-1 MBA
- A jaw-dropping track record in growth or marketing
- High-ownership, high-hustle mindset
- Creative horsepower + strong analytical rigour
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead interns/contractors if needed
- Metric fluency and comfort calculating ROAS, CAC, LTV
Good-to-haves:
- 34 years hands-on growth or marketing experience
- Great first principles thinking
- Proven track record of hitting growth targets
- Passion for AI and emerging tech trends.
- Basic metric fluency: CTR, CPM, CAC, ROAS, LTV.
