Senior Group Manager - Process Training

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital content creators to ensure high performance and collaboration
• Set clear goals, manage workload, and oversee project timelines and deliverables

Content Strategy & Development:

• Drive content strategy for digital learning (eLearning, videos, simulations, etc.)
• Ensure instructional quality, brand alignment, and learner engagement

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with SMEs, trainers, HR, and business units to identify learning needs and design content
• Manage internal client relationships and expectations

Process & Technology Management:

• Oversee content tools and platforms (LMS, LXP); manage production workflows
• Maintain content standards, templates, and best practices

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure training materials meet accessibility, compliance, and quality standards
• Monitor effectiveness using metrics and feedback for continuous improvement

Budgeting & Reporting:

• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources; deliver status updates and performance reports
