Senior Graphics lead and Video editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary Creative Lead who can drive the creative direction of our brand and help us tell compelling stories through impactful design and video. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands how to build brand value from the ground up, conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, and reach out to brands through design that resonates.

You will lead our creative visionacross design, storytelling, and contentwhile also being hands-on with video editing and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all creative projects, from concept to execution, ensuring design excellence and brand consistency.

Develop and execute creative strategies to establish and strengthen the brand identity of the startup.

Conceptualize campaigns, visual content, and design collaterals that attract brand collaborations and partnerships.

Work closely with marketing and business teams to translate business objectives into creative concepts and brand narratives.

Edit and produce engaging videos using real footage (events, brand shoots, interviews, etc.) for social media and marketing.

Stay updated with design and content trends to continuously enhance the brand's creative presence.

Requirements:

Proven experience (6+ years) as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Senior Designer in a brand, agency, or creative startup environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand strategy, visual storytelling, and campaign design.

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of digital and social media content trends.

Ability to ideate and execute campaigns that drive brand value and audience engagement.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
