Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead visual storytelling across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling designs and high-quality video content that strengthens brand identity, drives engagement, and supports marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop visually appealing creatives for digital marketing, social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, hoardings, and presentations.
- Create, edit, and produce engaging videos for social media, promotional campaigns, reels, corporate videos, and ads.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver impactful creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design and video assets.
- Conceptualize creative ideas, storyboards, layouts, and video scripts.
- Handle end-to-end video production including editing, color correction, motion graphics, sound syncing, and rendering.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and ensure quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and video editing techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and motion graphics.
- Experience in social media creatives, short-form videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and convert them into impactful visuals.
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills- Experience in branding, real estate, digital marketing, or advertising industry.
- Knowledge of animation, VFX, and UI/UX basics is a plus.
