About the Role:
We're looking for a creative powerhouse with a sharp eye for detail and a proven track record in fashion-driven visual storytelling. At Monsoon, visuals speak louder than words and we need someone who can make our couture pop on screen, scroll, and shelf!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling static creatives and motion graphics that align with seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling, and product drops.
- Edit high-quality videos for social media reels, campaigns, trunk shows, and brand films.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, styling, and content teams to visualize campaign ideas.
- Understand the fashion industry's visual language from lookbooks to luxury ad aesthetics.
- Stay updated with trends in design, motion graphics, and social formats.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (fashion/retail industry preferred).
- Mastery in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Experience in CGI and motion graphics will be a big plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong portfolio of fashion/luxury-related design work is mandatory.

- Have worked on high-fashion shoots, campaigns, or editorial brands.
- Have a creative, trend-spotting eye and love experimenting with typography, layout, and moodboards.
