Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of proven experience in delivering impactful visual designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise across digital and print media, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative design concepts for digital and print media

• Design marketing collateral including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive visual communication

• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all design outputs

• Review and refine designs based on feedback while ensuring high-quality standards

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities  

Preferred Skills & Tools

• Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Familiarity with branding and digital marketing concepts

• Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment
