Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, performance marketing ads, marketplaces, and website banners.
- Create engaging product listing images, infographics, and A+ content for eCommerce platforms.
- Develop packaging designs, brochures, brand assets, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and growth team for campaign creatives and promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline channels.
- Edit basic motion graphics, reels, and short-form video creatives when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, D2C creative strategies, and competitor activities.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Guide junior designers or freelancers when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus.
- Experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
