We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in the fintech domain, who understands performance marketing and can handle multiple design requirements simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be creative, fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Design high-performing marketing creatives for: Performance ads (Meta, Google, App campaigns) Social media posts stories App creatives (banners, feature visuals, onboarding screens) WhatsApp push notification images Work closely with marketing, product, and performance teams to deliver conversion-focused designs Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and formats Handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently without compromising quality Assist the team with quick-turnaround creatives during campaigns or launches
Required Skills Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer Prior fintech industry experience is required Basic understanding of the stock market (terminology, trading, investing visuals) Bachelor's degree in Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication or related field (Fine art background is a plus) Strong hands-on experience with: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma Canva Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing environment Good to Have Experience working on app-based products Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, ROAS) Ability to conceptualize creatives based on marketing briefs and data insights Motion graphics or basic video editing knowledge is a plus Portfolio Requirement Portfolio is mandatory for all applicants Applications without a portfolio will not be considered What We Offer Opportunity to work in a fast-growing fintech company High ownership and real impact on marketing performance Collaborative and execution-focused team environment Competitive compensation based on experience and skills
