Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in packaging design, print-ready artwork, branding, and social media creatives. This is a full-time on-site role for someone who can combine creativity with strategy to deliver high-quality visuals across both physical and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Develop eye-catching packaging designs that align with brand identity and product goals.

Create print-ready artwork for brochures, product labels, flyers, and marketing materials.

Lead branding initiatives including logo design, brand guidelines, typography, and visual language.

Design impactful social media creatives (posts, carousels, ads, stories, and reels graphics).

Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visuals.

Oversee production coordination with print vendors (understanding of dielines and print specs a must).

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design (with strong focus on packaging & branding).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). After Effects or Canva is a plus.

Strong portfolio with work samples covering packaging, branding, and digital/social media design.

Good understanding of print production techniques and social media design trends.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
