We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead end-to-end visual design execution across digital, retail, and packaging touchpoints. This is a high-ownership role that requires strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into impactful visual communication. The role plays a critical part in shaping brand perception through performance-led design, ensuring strong visual storytelling from concept to delivery, and maintaining robust brand governance across all channels.  

Key Responsibilities :

1. Digital & Performance Marketing Design and optimize high-performing static and motion creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid media platforms Create engaging website banners, landing page visuals, and email marketing creatives aligned with campaign objectives Develop scroll-stopping social media creatives that balance brand storytelling with performance marketing goals Adapt campaign creatives across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms while maintaining visual consistency Collaborate with performance marketing teams to iterate creatives based on data, A/B testing, and campaign insights

2. Retail & Offline Assets Design in-store branding elements including standees, posters, window graphics, danglers, signage, and VM collateral Support store launches, seasonal campaigns, and offline activations with cohesive and impactful visual systems Ensure brand consistency across all physical retail environments and customer touchpoints 

3. Packaging & Print Lead design and iteration of packaging elements including boxes, tags, labels, inserts, and promotional print materials Prepare print-ready files with correct specifications, bleed, color profiles, and production guidelines Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output and production accuracy Explore innovative materials, finishes, and formats to elevate the unboxing experience and brand perception 

4. Brand Consistency & Visual Systems Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external creative assets Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity, typography systems, and design language Ensure all assets meet defined quality standards and align with the brand's premium positioning Design Execution & Ownership Deliver pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to detail, alignment, spacing, and visual hierarchy Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines in a fast-paced startup environment Review and refine creative outputs to ensure they meet both creative and business objectives Cross-Functional Collaboration  Work closely with: Performance Marketing Team for campaign creatives, creative testing, and conversion-focused design Retail & VM Team for in-store branding and offline activations Brand & Content Team for campaign concepts, storytelling, and visual direction Product & Merchandising Teams to ensure product communication is clear, consistent, and premium.

What We're Looking For:

- 6+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C, fashion, retail, or consumer brands Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad creatives, retail branding, and packaging design.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling Experience working with both digital-first and print-first production workflows Ability to independently handle projects from concept to final delivery.

- Additional Proficiency In Basic to intermediate video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred) Understanding of design systems, asset libraries, and scalable creative production Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates is an advantage 

 Bonus Points:

 If have worked with fashion, lifestyle, or retail-first brands, D2C Understand how design impacts performance marketing and customer conversion Have experience managing or mentoring junior designers or freelancers Can contribute to campaign ideation and visual concept development, not just execution .
