Senior Graphic Designer

What we're looking for:

Studio Paperheads is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position at our studio where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a tight knit team of designers, strategists and creatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver cohesive, compelling brand identities and design systems for clients across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with a team of designers to brainstorm, conceptualise, and refine creative solutions.
• Oversee key clients and ensure the successful management of projects.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep our work fresh and innovative.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a design related field from an accredited institution is a MUST. Please do not apply if you have a diploma or a certification course in design.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience at a creative agency.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Illustration skills are a notable advantage.
