Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer who can convert ideas into visually striking designs across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with creative leadership, performance teams, brand strategists and copywriters to build compelling brand stories.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design projects from concept to execution with exceptional visual quality

Develop creative assets for campaigns, social media, websites, brand identity, ads, emailers, and presentations

Guide, mentor & review work of junior designers and interns

Work closely with Performance Marketing & Content teams to deliver high-impact creatives that drive conversions

Understand brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency

Participate in brainstorming & pitch presentations for large brands

Manage timelines and deliver multiple projects with speed & accuracy

Stay updated on design trends, tools & AI-driven design workflows

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong portfolio showcasing digital & campaign-based design work

Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Figma bonus)

Deep understanding of layout, typography, colour theory & visual storytelling

Strong sense of detailing and composition

Ability to independently manage projects & communicate ideas clearly

Experience working in digital agencies is preferred
