Senior Graphic Designer (Static & Motion)We are looking for a versatile and high-energy Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in New Delhi. If you are a visual storyteller who can pivot seamlessly between a brand identity system, a high-impact social media reel, and a sleek UI layout, we want to talk to you.
This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across the entire design spectrum.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Evolution: Develop and maintain cohesive visual identities. You'll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Motion Graphics: Create engaging video content, animated social media assets, and motion-heavy advertisements that stop the scroll.
- Social Media & Digital: Design high-performing assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, staying ahead of platform trends.
- Print & Collaterals: Lead the design of offline materials, including brochures, packaging, event branding, and corporate stationery.
- UI/UX Design: Craft intuitive user interfaces and wireframes for web and mobile platforms, focusing on clean aesthetics and functional user journeys.
- Leadership: Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and take full ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
Candidate Requirements- Experience: 56 years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically:
- Static: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Motion: After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- UI/UX: Figma or Adobe XD.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding projects, motion showreels, and UI designs.
- Location: Based in New Delhi (this is a strictly on-site role).
- Hardware: Must have a personal laptop capable of handling heavy motion design and rendering workloads.
- Communication: Fluent in English; able to articulate design decisions to stakeholders clearly.
