We are expanding our creative team with a full-time Senior Graphic Designer who will own design execution across brand, web, packaging, email, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Branding & Visual Systems - Create and expand brand identities, style guides, and scalable visual systems for multi-channel use.
- Website & UI Design - Design wireframes and high-fidelity layouts for websites and landing pages; collaborate with developers for smooth handoff.
- Social Media Creatives - Design platform-ready assets (carousels, reels covers, static posts, ad creatives) that align with strategy and performance.
- Email & CRM Design - Create mobile-first email templates and campaign visuals optimized for engagement and conversions.
- Packaging Design - Lead concept to production-ready packaging designs with attention to brand, shelf visibility, dielines, and print requirements.
- Marketing Collateral - Produce print and digital assets such as ads, brochures, lead magnets, decks, and event materials.
- Client & Internal Collaboration - Work closely with strategists, copywriters, and clients to translate goals into effective design.
- Brand Consistency & QA - Ensure visual consistency across all deliverables and perform quality checks pre-launch.
- Project Ownership - Manage timelines, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver on schedule without compromising quality.
- Trend & Tool Awareness - Stay updated on industry trends, formats, specs, and tools to improve creative output.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio across web, brand, social, packaging, and email.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (web/UI).
- Demonstrated experience in brand identity development, web layouts, and digital campaign design.
- Proven packaging design experience with production-ready deliverables.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, visual hierarchy, and marketing goals.
- Excellent communication skills - able to present concepts and rationale clearly.
- Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide junior designers or contractors, providing feedback, reviews, and quality control.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple active projects.
