Senior Graphic Designer

Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 5–8 Years

About: Fairdeal.Market

Fairdeal.Market is a rapidly growing B2B quick commerce company enabling businesses to access a wide range of products with delivery in as little as 60 minutes. As we scale, we are building a strong brand presence across digital and offline channels that resonates with retailers and drives business growth.

We're looking for someone who thinks in visuals.

Someone who can take a half-baked thought, a rough scribble, or a one-line brief — and turn it into something people stop and look at.

At Fairdeal, design isn't the last step after an idea is made.

Design is part of the idea.

As we build a brand for India's neighbourhood retailers, we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can help shape how Fairdeal looks, feels, moves, and shows up everywhere.

From a tiny app banner to a massive outdoor hoarding.

From a WhatsApp creative to a brand campaign.

From a retailer event to a LinkedIn story.

Different canvas. Same obsession with great design.

What you'll create You'll work across the visual universe of Fairdeal:

• Brand campaigns and key visuals
• Digital & performance marketing creatives
• Social media and content
• Outdoor, print and offline communication
• Retailer-facing communication
• Event identities and experiences
• Presentations and brand collaterals
• Illustrations, typography and visual systems
• Simple motion graphics and animated creatives

But more importantly, you'll help us make sure that everything carrying the Fairdeal name feels unmistakably Fairdeal.

What we're looking for

You should have 5+ years of hands-on design experience and a portfolio that makes us want to keep scrolling.

You Should Be Extremely Comfortable With

Adobe Illustrator — this should feel like home.

Adobe Photoshop — from compositions to image manipulation.

Motion Graphics — you don't need to be a motion specialist, but you should understand the basics and be able to bring static ideas to life.

Beyond Software, We Care Deeply About Your

Typography. Composition. Hierarchy. Colour. Craft. Taste.

We want someone who understands the difference between adding more design and making the design better.

You'll probably love this role if...

You save great packaging because the typography caught your eye.

You notice when two things are misaligned by three pixels.

You have opinions about fonts.

You can make something feel premium without adding ten gradients.

You can look at a brief and come back with an idea we hadn't thought of.

And occasionally, you look at your own design the next morning and decide to redo the whole thing because something just isn't right.

We understand.

The person we're looking for A designer first. Software operator second.

Someone curious, experimental and culturally aware.

Someone comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for pixel-by-pixel instructions.

Someone who can move fast without making the work look fast.

Someone who can collaborate with marketing, product and business teams — while still protecting the quality of the design.

And most importantly, someone who wants to build a brand, not just make creatives.

If your portfolio can tell us more about you than your CV can, we'd love to see it.

Come design Fairdeal with us.
